Vegetali Pty Ltd is a proudly Australian-owned company using only the best quality produce.

Owned by Ron and Diane Coleman, the company's premises are situated at West Gosford on the Central Coast, and is ideally located to service both Sydney and the Hunter region.

Ron Coleman has worked as a chef for over 30 years, 18 of those at The Regent Sydney, where he held the position of Executive Sous Chef for much of that time. To quote Serge Dansereau in his book Food & Friends, Ron is "a chef who understands flavour like no one else".
